- BUSINESS COACHING. We provide breakthrough one-on-one coaching for the manager, supervisor, or director who desires to qualify for promotion, change careers, or grow effectiveness and influence in their existing position. You will identify (with our assistance) your own goals, work with us to develop a game plan for accomplishing them, and we will hold you accountable for executing your plan. We will help you get out of your own way.
- SEMINAR FACILITATION. Increasingly, companies are realizing the importance of providing their staff more than technical training. To compete in today’s global and highly competitive marketplace emotional intelligence and “soft skills” are also required. In fact, the higher one moves in responsibility and oversight, the more critical people skills become. We offer a wide variety of programs customized to meet your objectives and instill in your staff the competencies you identify. When we finish your staff will understand the keys to each skill, and will also provide practice to move them forward into action and implementation.
- TEAM BUILDING EXERCISES. The effectiveness of your staff largely depends on their ability to work together as a tight close-knit team. We provide team-building exercises at retreats and conferences which will mold your staff in to a high-performing team.
